摘  要:为探究硅和锰对红锥(Castanopsis hystrix)幼苗的影响,测定不同浓度硅和锰处理下红锥幼苗的生长生理特性指标。结果表明,仅添加锰或硅的处理中,随着硅或锰浓度增加,红锥幼苗株高和地径相对增量、根系形态指标、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)、过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(ascorbate peroxidase,APX)活性均先升高后降低;丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量则相反。低浓度锰(200、600μg/g)或硅(500、1000μg/g)对红锥幼苗生长发育有利,但高浓度锰(1500、3000μg/g)或硅(2000μg/g)表现为抑制。适量硅(500、1000μg/g)能缓解高浓度锰的胁迫作用,使受到抑制的红锥幼苗生长生理指标得到改善,但过量硅(2000μg/g)加剧了胁迫。适量硅和锰同时添加可促进红锥幼苗的生长发育,其中同时添加600μg/g锰和500μg/g硅的处理效果最佳;高浓度的硅和锰同时添加则导致严重的抑制。红锥具有一定耐锰性(锰的添加范围为1500μg/g以内),广西部分区域锰矿具有红锥的生产培育和生态林应用潜力。To explore the effects of silicon and manganese on Castanopsis hystrix seedlings,the growth and physiological characteristics of seedlings treated with different concentrations of silicon and manganese were measured.The results showed that:the relative increase in plant height and ground diameter,the root morphological index,and the SOD,POD,CAT,and APX activities of red cone-shaped plants increased first but then decreased with increasing concentration in the Mn or Si treatment and the presence of MDA contrast agent.Low concentrations of Mn(200,600μg·g^(–1))or Si(500,1000μg·g^(–1))were beneficial to the growth and development of red cone-shaped plants,but high concentrations of Mn(1500,3000μg/g)or Si(2000μg·g^(–1))were inhibitory.An appropriate amount of Si(500 or 1000μg·g^(–1))can alleviate the stress caused by a high concentration of Mn and improve physiological indices of inhibited growth.However,excessive Si(2000μg·g^(–1))aggravated the stress.The simultaneous addition of an appropriate amount of Si and Mn significantly promoted the growth and development of Castanopsis hystrix seedlings,of which 600μg·g^(–1) Mn and 500μg·g^(–1) Si were the best treatments.The addition of high concentrations of silicon and manganese resulted in severe inhibition.Castanopsis hystrix has a certain Mn tolerance(the Mn addition range is less than 1500μg·g^(–1)).Mn ore in some areas of Guangxi has the potential for Castanopsis hystrix production cultivation and ecological forest application.
