摘 要:采用数值分析方法研究划痕位置和尺寸对滚珠式三叉杆万向联轴器弹流润滑性能的影响。结果表明,划痕在接触区内的任何位置,均会对油膜厚度和压力产生较大的影响,且当划痕处于接触区中心位置时,联轴器的润滑状态最差。划痕宽度增大时,划痕内部油膜厚度和压力均减小,划痕后侧边缘处的油膜压力逐渐增大。划痕深度增大时,划痕两侧边缘处的尖峰油膜压力逐渐增大,接触区内的最小油膜厚度急剧减小,联轴器的润滑状态逐渐恶化。The influence of the position and size of scratches on the elastohydrodynamic lubrication properties of the ball-type tripod universal joint is studied by numerical analysis method.The results show that the oil film thickness and pressure are greatly affected no matter where the scratches are located in the contact area.And when the scratch is in the center of the contact area,the lubrication condition of the joint is the worst.When the scratch width increases,the oil film thickness and pressure inside the scratch decrease,and the oil film pressure at the edge behind the scratch gradually increases.When the scratch depth increases,the peak oil film pressure on both sides of the scratch gradually increases,the minimum oil film thickness in the contact area decreases sharply,and the lubrication state of the Joint gradually deteriorates.
