分析乳酸亚铁糖浆联合维生素C治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血的疗效

摘　　要：目的分析乳酸亚铁糖浆联合维生素C治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血的疗效。方法将60例妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者作为本次研究对象,根据患者治疗方案的不同分为对照组、观察组,各30例。两组均予以饮食指导,在此基础上,对照组给予乳酸亚铁糖浆治疗,观察组给予乳酸亚铁糖浆联合维生素C治疗。对比两组的临床疗效,治疗前后的红细胞计数、血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度、平均红细胞体积水平,不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组红细胞计数、血红蛋白以及血清铁蛋白水平均较治疗前提升,且观察组红细胞计数(3.87±0.32)×10^(12)/L、血红蛋白(105.00±9.35)g/L、血清铁蛋白(19.40±0.92)mg/L均高于对照组的(3.34±0.27)×10^(12)/L、(97.00±9.04)g/L、(15.85±0.79)mg/L(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度、平均红细胞体积水平明显提升,且观察组的平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(344.83±22.61)g/L、平均红细胞体积(96.52±8.33)fl高于对照组的(323.71±20.53)g/L、(84.25±7.18)fl(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的33.33%(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者接受乳酸亚铁糖浆联合维生素C治疗,可以显著的提升患者的血浆各项指标,促进贫血症状改善,且无明显不良反应,临床治疗效果显著。Objective To analyze the efficacy of ferrous lactate syrup combined with vitamin C in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia in pregnancy.Methods A total of 60 pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia were enrolled in this study,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment regimens,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given dietary guidance.On this basis,the control group was treated with ferrous lactate syrup,and the observation group was treated with ferrous lactate syrup combined with vitamin C.Comparison was made on clinical efficacy,red blood cell count,hemoglobin,serum ferritin,mean erythrocyte hemoglobin concentration,mean corpuscular volume level before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the red blood cell count,hemoglobin and serum ferritin levels in both groups were improved compared to those before treatment;the observation group had red blood cell count of(3.87±0.32)×10^(12)/L,hemoglobin of(105.00±9.35)g/L,and serum ferritin of(19.40±0.92)mg/L,which were higher than(3.34±0.27)×10^(12)/L,(97.00±9.04)g/L,and(15.85±0.79)mg/L in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the mean erythrocyte hemoglobin concentration,mean corpuscular volume of the two groups were significantly increased;the mean erythrocyte hemoglobin concentration of the observation group was(344.83±22.61)g/L and the mean corpuscular volume was(96.52±8.33)fl,which were higher than(323.71±20.53)g/L and(84.25±7.18)fl of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.00%,which was lower than 33.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ferrous lactate syrup combined with vitamin C can significantly improve the plasma indicators of pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia and improve the symptoms of anemia without signific
