复方甘草酸苷联合消银颗粒治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨复方甘草酸苷联合消银颗粒治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效。方法78例玫瑰糠疹患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各39例。对照组应用复方甘草酸苷治疗,研究组在复方甘草酸苷基础上给予消银颗粒治疗。对比两组治疗效果、症状消退时间、症状评分、血清炎性因子指标、睡眠状况指标及生活质量评分。结果研究组总有效率97.44%比对照组的82.05%高(P<0.05)。研究组皮肤瘙痒、丘疹、色素沉着消退时间分别为(4.12±0.76)、(3.29±0.81)、(4.37±0.89)d,均比对照组的(5.30±0.93)、(4.32±0.97)、(5.64±1.02)d短(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组皮肤瘙痒、丘疹、色素沉着评分相比于治疗前均明显降低,且研究组皮肤瘙痒评分(1.17±0.39)分、丘疹评分(1.06±0.31)分、色素沉着评分(1.16±0.40)分均比对照组的(1.58±0.43)、(1.52±0.48)、(1.61±0.45)分低(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6水平对比治疗前均明显降低,且研究组均比对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组入睡潜伏期、实际睡眠时长及睡眠质量评分均比治疗前得到显著改善,且研究组入睡潜伏期、实际睡眠时长及睡眠质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组生理、心理、环境及社会关系评分与治疗前相比均显著增高,且研究组较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论玫瑰糠疹应用复方甘草酸苷与消银颗粒联合治疗疗效显著,不仅可减轻炎症反应,更快地促使症状消退,还可改善患者睡眠质量和生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin combined with Xiaoyin granule in the treatment of pityriasis rosea.Methods A total of 78 patients with pityriasis rosea were divided into a control group and a study group according to the method of random number table,each with 39 patients.The control group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin,and the study group was treated with Xiaoyin granule on the basis of compound glycyrrhizin.The therapeutic effect,symptom resolution time,symptom score,serum inflammatory factor index,sleep status index and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.44%,which was higher than 82.05%of the control group(P<0.05).The resolution time of pruritus,papula and pigmentation in the study group were(4.12±0.76),(3.29±0.81)and(4.37±0.89)d,which were shorter than(5.30±0.93),(4.32±0.97)and(5.64±1.02)d in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of pruritus,papula and pigmentation in both groups were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment;in the study group,the pruritus scores was(1.17±0.39)points,the papula score was(1.06±0.31)points and the pigmentation score was(1.16±0.40)points,which were lower than(1.58±0.43),(1.52±0.48)and(1.61±0.45)points in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the sleep latency,actual sleep duration and sleep quality scores in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and sleep latency,actual sleep duration and sleep quality scores in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physiology,psychology,environment and social relations in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the study group was higher than the contro
