摘 要:铁死亡(Ferroptosis)是一种新发现的细胞死亡形式,其主要特征为脂质活性氧增多及细胞内亚铁离子累积。许多研究已经验证了铁死亡与心血管疾病之间存在复杂的联系,干预铁死亡已成为心血管疾病治疗的一个新思路。本文从心血管疾病和细胞损伤的内在特征出发,讨论铁死亡用于心血管疾病治疗的理论基础。从表观遗传学角度以及干细胞外泌体作用等方面回顾铁死亡与心血管疾病之间的联系。外泌体可以传递不同的分子,调节心肌细胞、血管内皮细胞的死亡途径。利用外泌体干预靶细胞中发生的铁死亡现象,是未来心血管疾病治疗的潜在新靶点和研究方向。Ferroptosis is a new pattern of cell death characterized by increased lipid reactive oxygen species and accumulation of intracellular ferrous ions.Many studies have verified the complex relationship between ferroptosis and cardiovascular diseases,and intervention of ferroptosis has become a new therapeutic idea for cardiovascular diseases.Based on the inherent characteristics of cardiovascular diseases and cell injury,the present article discusses the theoretical basis of ferroptosis in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.We review the association between ferroptosis and cardiovascular diseases in terms of epigenetics and the role of stem cell exosomes.Exosomes can deliver different molecules to regulate the death pathways of cardiomyocytes and vascular endothelial cells.Intervention of ferroptosis in target cells with exosomes is a new potential therapeutic target and research direction for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases in the future.
