摘　　要：目的对1例隐球菌脑膜炎患者的抗真菌治疗及药学监护进行分析,为临床用药提供参考。方法临床药师全程参与1例免疫功能正常且无其他基础疾病的青年男性隐球菌脑膜炎患者的临床治疗过程,协助医生为患者制定个体化抗真菌治疗方案,同时对患者进行药学监护,包括疗效监护和药物不良反应监测。结果在临床药师的协助和药学监护下,医生接受临床药师的建议,进行了有效的抗真菌治疗,同时治疗期间药物相关不良反应得到积极处理,未出现严重不良反应,得到了较好的治疗效果。结论临床药师参与1例隐球菌脑膜炎患者的抗真菌治疗并进行药学监护,提高了患者用药的有效性和安全性。Objective To analyze the antifungal treatment and pharmaceutical care for a patient with cryptococcal meningitis,and to provide references for clinical drug use.Methods Clinical pharmacists fully participated in the clinical treatment process of a young male patient with cryptococcal meningitis who had normal immune function and no other underlying diseases,assisting the doctor in making personalized antifungal treatment plans for the patient,and conducting pharmaceutical care,including efficacy monitoring and adverse drug reactions monitoring.Results With the assistance of clinical pharmacists and under pharmaceutical monitoring,the doctor accepted the advice of clinical pharmacists and carried out effective antifungal treatment.At the same time,drug-related adverse reactions were actively managed during the treatment period,and no serious adverse reactions occurred,and good treatment results were achieved.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists participate in the antifungal treatment of a patient with cryptococcal meningitis and conduct pharmaceutical care,which has improved the effectiveness and safety of medication.
