摘 要:目的:了解胃肠息肉病人饮食行为、情绪障碍与生活质量现状,并分析前者在后两者之间的中介效应。方法:采用华西心晴指数量表(HEI)、荷兰饮食行为问卷(DEBQ)和Spitzer生活质量指数(SQLI)对199例胃肠息肉病人进行测评,采用Pearson分析情绪障碍、饮食行为与生活质量之间的相关性,采用Amos软件建立结构方程模型(SEM)并进行中介效应检验。结果:胃肠息肉病人生活质量评分(6.57±0.62)分、情绪障碍评分(8.42±1.02)分、饮食行为评分(87.67±9.46)分;胃肠息肉病人生活质量与情绪障碍之间呈负相关关系(P<0.01),与饮食行为之间呈负相关关系(P<0.01),情绪障碍与饮食行为之间呈正相关关系(P<0.05~P<0.01);饮食行为在情绪障碍与生活质量之间具有23.19%的中介效应。结论:饮食行为在情绪障碍与生活质量之间的中介效应成立,证实情绪障碍可通过调节饮食行为,影响病人生活质量。Objective:To investigate the status quo of dietary behavior,emotional disorder and quality of life in patients with gastrointestinal polyps,and analyze the mediating effect of dietary behavior on emotional disorders and quality of life.Methods:One hundred and ninety-nine patients with gastrointestinal polyposis were evaluated using the Huaxi Heart Index Scale(HEI),Dutch Eating Behavior Questionnaire(DEBQ)and Spitzer Quality of Life Index(SQLI).The correlation among emotional disorder,dietary behavior and quality of life were analyzed by Pearson,and the structural equation model(SEM)was established by Amos software to test the mediating effect.Results:The scores of quality of life,emotional disorder and dietary behavior in patients with gastrointestinal polyps were(6.57±0.62)(8.42±1.02)and(87.67±9.46),respectively.There was a negative correlation between the quality of life and emotional disorders(P<0.01),a negative correlation between the quality of life and dietary behaviors(P<0.01),and a positive correlation between emotional disorders and dietary behaviors in patients with gastrointestinal polyps(P<0.05 to P<0.01).The dietary behavior had a mediating effect of 23.19%between emotional disorders and quality of life.Conclusions:Dietary behavior has a mediating effect between emotional disorder and quality of life,which proves that emotional disorder can influence the quality of life of patients by regulating dietary behavior.
