摘 要:随着F-35B等战机的服役,美军舰船传统的飞行甲板涂层存在掉块、分层、剥落等现象,已不能胜任F-35B的使用工况,F-35B等战机发动机尾焰对舰船飞行甲板灼烧而引起的破坏及相关防护措施已成为美英等相关国家的研究热点。在此背景下,美英等国开始采用热喷涂技术制备舰船飞行甲板涂层。本文对美国飞行甲板热喷涂技术的研制背景进行说明,报告试验与应用情况,对热喷涂技术的性能特点和施工工艺进行分析,最后对未来作出展望。With the service of fighter jets such as the F-35B,the traditional flight deck coating of American ships has experienced peeling,delamination,and peeling,making it unsuitable for the using of the F-35B.The damage caused by the tail flames of fighter jet engines such as F-35B on the flight deck of ships and related protective measures have become a research hotspot in the United States,Britain,and other related countries.The article explains the development background of the thermal spraying technology for flight decks in the United States,reports on experiments and applications,analyzes the performance characteristics and construction process of thermal spraying technology,and finally provides future prospects for this technology.
