摘  要:伴随着军改的进行,文职教员已逐渐成为军队院校教学力量的重要组成部分。文职教员作为院校事业发展的新生力量,主要来自地方院校,普遍缺乏部队任职经历,在转型为军校教员的过程中存在着一些适应阵痛期,而作为军队院校教育发展的生力军,提升军校文职新教员的教学研究能力具有重要意义。从新教员试讲考核这个角度入手,探讨军校新教员如何提升教学研究能力并顺利取得任教资格证,从而尽早进入良性的、有序的工作状态。With the development of the military streamline,army civilian personnel has become more and more important component of the military academy.As the new blood of the academy,the majority of the Non-active Service Civilian personnel mainly come from local college,who lack the army experience during the transformation process of the military academy teachers.It is very important to improve their teaching and research ability as the new force of the army academy for which this article proposes ways based on the author’s experience and new teacher assessment.
