摘 要:作为一门重要的医学基础课程,“生理学”的知识点多,理论性和逻辑性较强,内容过于抽象,学习难度大。为提高“生理学”教学质量,设计编写与“生理学”相关的临床病例素材,同步整合教学大纲中规定的“生理学”教学内容,建立整合式病例素材教学模式。将此教学模式应用于中山大学中山医学院2021级临床医学本科专业的生理学教学中,并通过问卷调查评价教学效果。结果表明,整合式临床病例素材教学模式可加强基础与临床的联系,激发学生的学习兴趣,加深对生理学知识全方位、多角度的认识,并对培养终身学习的能力、分析解决问题的能力及团队协作能力有帮助。As an important basic course,physiology with many knowledge points is theoretical and difficult for students.To improve the quality of physiology teaching,we have designed and compiled a series of clinical cases that are related to physiology,synchronously integrated the physiological teaching content specified in the teaching syllabus,and established an integrated clinical case based teaching model.This newly designed integrative case based teaching model was applied to the teaching of physiology in classes of grade 2021 of clinical medicine at Zhongshan Medical School,Sun Yat-sen University.The effectiveness of this teaching model was evaluated by questionnaire.The results showed that the integrative case study teaching mode better integrated the basic medicine and clinical knowledge,boosted the interest in physiology,deepened the understanding and memory of physiological knowledge and cultivated the ability of lifelong learning and to analyze and solve problems.
