新时代高校110应急求助安全管理工作研究

摘　　要：随着高校的快速发展,师生对校园安保110应急求助处突工作也提出了越来越高的期望,因此,不断探索高校110应急指挥和处置工作的新模式,为师生提供更加优质快捷的安全服务是摆在学校面前的重要课题。深入剖析了高校当前110应急求助处突工作的基本情况和存在问题,结合实际工作中的成功案例,重点从提高信息化建设、优化队伍结构体系、完善制度依据和提升安保服务文化氛围四个方面阐述了提高工作实效性的新举措,以适应新时代高校安全保卫110应急求助安全管理工作发展的需要。With the rapid development of universities,teachers and students have much higher expectations for 110 emergency response systems in campus.Therefore,exploring new models of 110 emergency help and response to provide them with higher quality and faster safety services become a pressing issue.In this article,the basic situation and existing problems of the current 110 emergency help system in universities were analyzed in-depth.Based on the analysis of practical cases,four ways to improve the work effectiveness were discussed including informationization construction,team structure,institutional basis,and the cultural atmosphere of security services.This can present the methods to meet the needs of the development of 110 emergency help and response in universities safety management in the new era.
