摘　　要：随着医疗技术的不断发展与进步,疾病后的存活率显著提升,但肢体功能障碍的患者也随之增多,这就使社会对康复应用型人才的需求不断增加。以“康复实践技能”课程为依托,在授课实施过程中采用分阶段式考核,进阶式过关,同时引入“标准化患者”增加考核过程的临床仿真性和综合性,强化学生的康复实践技能,使学生的康复实践技能系统化,全面提升学生在临床前综合分析问题的能力、解决实际问题的能力和应用康复技能的实践能力,最终将学生培养为高质量应用型康复人才。With the continuous development and advancement of medical technology,the survival rate after disease has increased significantly,but the number of patients with limb dysfunction has also increased,which has increased society’s demand for rehabilitation application talents.This topic is based on the“Rehabilitation Practical Skills”course.During the teaching implementation process,it adopts segmented examination and stepwise passing.At the same time,“standardized patients”are introduced to increase the clinical simulation and comprehensiveness of the assessment process and strengthen students’rehabilitation practical skills,comprehensively improve students’pre-clinical comprehensive problem analysis abilities,ability to solve practical problems and practical ability to apply rehabilitation skills,and ultimately train students into high-quality applied rehabilitation talents.
