“双一流”背景下校院工会协同助力青年教师的成长机制研究——以东华大学为例

摘　　要：在东华大学进入新一轮国家“双一流”建设时期,工会要当好教师与学校各管理机构之间的媒介角色,加强与各部门沟通协作,提升工会参与“双一流”建设的协同治理能力和水平。通过对东华大学相关的政策制度进行梳理,对麻省理工学院在教师福利、民主管理等方面的做法进行研究,对苏州大学在支持教师业务发展方面的政策进行调研,最终在校院两级工会如何协同学校相关部门帮助青年教师提升业务水平、消除后顾之忧、参与民主管理,助力青年教师个人成长和学校“双一流”建设方面得到了一定启发。Donghua University continues to be“double first-class”construction university in the second round.Teachers’unions need to play a role as intermediaries between teachers and administrative departments,strengthen communication and cooperation with various departments,and improve the ability of participation in the“double first-class”construction.This paper reviews the relevant policies of Donghua University,studies the practices of MIT in teacher welfare and democratic management,and investigates the policies of Soochow University in supporting teachers’progress.Finally,we get some inspiration about how to help young teachers and promote the“double first-class”construction.
