摘 要:探讨了高质量发展视域下高职教育产教融合协同机制的构建问题。首先,对目前高职教育产教融合协同机制存在的问题进行了分析,包括主体间孤立脱节、各主体利益诉求不对称、尚未形成网络沟通模式等。其次,对高职教育产教融合协同机制构建问题的成因进行了分析,包括企业获益难达预期、行业参与能力动力不足、政策发布滞后等。提出了高职教育产教融合协同机制构建的理论构想,包括形成机制、实现机制和约束机制。最后,通过研究,旨在提高高职教育产教融合协同机制的效率和质量,推动高质量发展的实现。This paper aims to explore the construction of a collaborative mechanism for the integration of industry and education in higher vocational education from the perspective of high-quality development.Firstly,an analysis was conducted on the existing problems in the collaborative mechanism of industry-education integration in higher vocational education,including isolation and disconnection among subjects,unfocused interests and demands of various subjects,and the lack of a network communication model.Secondly,the causes of the construction of a collaborative mechanism for the integration of industry and education in higher vocational education were analyzed,including difficulties in achieving expected benefits for enterprises,insufficient industry participation capacity and motivation,and delayed policy release.The theoretical concept of constructing a collaborative mechanism for the integration of industry and education in higher vocational education has been proposed,including the formation mechanism,implementation mechanism,and constraint mechanism.Finally,through the research in this article,the aim is to improve the efficiency and quality of the collaborative mechanism of industry education integration in higher vocational education,and promote the realization of high-quality development.
