摘　　要：稳性对船舶和海洋结构物的安全有着十分重要的影响,是所有船舶和海洋结构物的基本安全保障。为了更好地满足市场需求,本文以中国沿海为作业海域,运用NAPA软件进行数值计算,主要开展风电场半潜式运行维护母船稳性的相关研究。最后对计算结果进行分析,提出半潜式运维母船稳性设计的重点和难点,稳性对半潜式运维母船有着十分重要的影响,其总体设计方案必须以满足稳性分析要求为前提,同时在设计初期就应当进行运维母船的风洞试验,以便准确确定运维母船的风倾力矩。Stability has a very important influence on the safety of ships and marine structures,and is the basic security guarantee for them.Based on the Coastal China Sea,calculating with the software of NAPA,this paper mainly studies research into stability of semi-submerged service operation vessel in the wind farm.Finally the calculation results of the stability have been analysed,and the key points and difficulties of stability for semi-submerged service operations vessel have been put forward also:Stability has a very important influence on semi-submerged service operation vessel,and its general design scheme must meet the stability analysis requirements as the premise.At the same time,the wind tunnel test of the vessel should be carried out at the early stage of the design,so as to accurately determine the wind heeling moment of the vessel.
