摘 要:目前半直驱机型已成为风力发电机组陆上机型的研发重点,发电机作为重要的传动部件,其性能参数的合理性对传动链总成的影响极大。本文基于5.5 MW半直驱风力发电机,对其从空载特性、负载特性、短路特性等方面进行了仿真计算,对其他关键性参数进行了重点分析。根据齿槽转矩数据进行发电机定转子结构选型;通过对比单相、两相、三相短路故障下最大短路电流值进行退磁仿真;最后本文提出一种仿真方法计算出定子齿部电磁激振力,并通过Romax软件分析其对传动链总成的振动影响,为后续传动链设计及动力学研究提供了一定的理论与实践基础。At present,semi-direct drive models have become the focus of research and development for onshore wind turbine models.As an important transmission component,the rationality of the performance parameters of the generator has a great impact on the transmission chain assembly.This article was based on a 5.5 MW semi-direct drive wind turbine,and conducted simulation calculations on its no-load characteristics,load characteristics,short-circuit characteristics,and other key parameters,with a focus on analysis.Selected the structure of the generator stator and rotor based on the cogging torque data;Simulate demagnetization by comparing the maximum short-circuit current values under single-phase,two-phase,and three-phase short-circuit faults;Finally,this article proposed a simulation method to calculate the electromagnetic excitation force of the stator teeth,and analyzed its impact on the vibration of the transmission chain assembly through Romax software,providing a certain theoretical and practical basis for subsequent transmission chain design and dynamic research.
