摘 要:研究了冷轧对Al-4Ti-1B华夫块变质剂中TiAl3和TiB2相尺寸和形态的影响,及其对ZL205A合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,冷轧能将Al-4Ti-1B变质剂中的杆状TiAl3相碎化成块状,导致TiAl3相尺寸减小,数量显著增加。与未冷轧Al-4Ti-1B华夫块变质剂细化ZL205A合金的晶粒相比,减少1/3加入量的冷轧Al-4Ti-1B华夫块变质剂实现了相当的晶粒细化效果。经T6热处理后,减少1/3加入量的冷轧Al-4Ti-1B华夫块变质合金的塑性比未冷轧华夫块变质合金高4%,但其抗拉强度降低5 MPa。其强度的降低可归因于固溶在基体中Ti原子数量减少导致的Al2Cu强化相数量的减少和尺寸的增大。The effects of cold rolling on the size and morphology of TiAl3 and TiB2 phases in Al-4Ti-1B Waffle block modifier and their effects on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ZL205A alloy were studied.The results show that cold rolling can break the rod-like TiAl3 phase in the Al-4Ti-1B modifier into blocks,resulting in a decrease in the size of the TiAl3 phase and a significant increase in the number.Compared with the grain refinement of ZL205A alloy by the non-cold-rolled Al-4Ti-1B Waffle block modifier,the cold-rolled Al-4Ti-1B Waffle block modifier with the addition of one-third reduced realizes a comparable grain refinement effect.Compared with the grain refinement of ZL205A alloy by uncold rolled Al-4Ti-1B Waffle block modifier,the amount of cold-rolled Al-4Ti-1B Waffle block modifier reduced by 1/3 can achieve the corresponding grain refinement effect.After T6 heat treatment,the plasticity of the cold-rolled Al-4Ti-1B Waffle block modified alloy reduced by 1/3 is 4%higher than that of the non-cold-rolled Waffle block modified alloy,but its tensile strength is reduced by 5 MPa.The decrease of its strength can be attributed to the decrease of the number and the increase of the size of the Al2Cu strengthening phase caused by the decrease of the number of Ti atoms dissolved in the matrix.
