摘 要:对铸态2101双相不锈钢进行不同变形量的热轧变形,采用SEM、室温拉伸试验研究了热轧变形对2101钢显微组织及拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:不同变形量热轧的2101钢组织为铁素体+奥氏体,热轧变形量≤50%时,2101钢中两相体积分数比接近1∶1;变形量增加到70%时,2101钢中奥氏体体积分数减少到29.5%。随着热轧变形量的增加,钢的抗拉强度逐渐升高,伸长率逐渐降低。70%热轧变形的钢抗拉强度达到最大值,为581.5 MPa,其伸长率为11.2%。The as-cast 2101 duplex stainless steel was subjected to hot rolling deformation with different deformation amounts.The effect of hot rolling deformation on the microstructure and tensile properties of 2101 steel was studied by SEM and room temperature tensile test.The results show that the microstructure of 2101 steel with different deformation amounts is ferrite+austenite.When the deformation amount is less than or equal to 50%,the volume fraction ratio of the two phases in the 2101 steel is close to 1∶1.When the deformation amount increases to 70%,the volume fraction of austenite in 2101 steel decreases to 29.5%.With the increase of hot rolling deformation amount,the tensile strength of the steel increases and the elongation decreases gradually.The tensile strength of the 70%hot-rolled steel reaches a maximum value of 581.5 MPa,and its elongation is 11.2%.
