摘  要:结合实际项目,阐述化工副产品氯碱尾气提纯制氢及利用工艺方案,其总体工艺路线分为3个单元,提纯单元、储存单元、利用单元。提纯单元包括原料气增压、变压吸附提纯、催化脱氧、变温吸附干燥4个工段。原料气利用压缩机进行增压;变压吸附提纯包含7个步骤:吸附、均压降压、顺放、逆放、冲洗、均压升压、产品气升压;催化脱氧使用催化剂进行脱氧;变温吸附干燥包括吸附、再生、冷吹3个步骤,主要除去水分。提纯后的氢气储存于氢气储罐,一部分用于氢燃料电池发电;另一部分经氢气压缩机压缩,用于氢气加压充装。Combined with a practical project,the hydrogen production and utilization process scheme of chlorine alkali tail gas,a chemical by-product is expounded.The overall process route is divided into 3 units,purification unit,storage unit and utilization unit.The purification unit includes four stages:raw gas pressurization,pressure swing adsorption purification,catalytic deoxidation and temperature swing adsorption drying.The raw gas is pressurized by a compressor.Pressure swing adsorption purification includes seven steps:adsorption,pressure equalization and pressure reduction,sequential release,reverse release,flushing,pressure equalization and pressurization,and product gas boosting.Catalytic deoxidation uses catalyst for deoxidation.Temperature swing adsorption drying includes three steps:adsorption,regeneration and cold blowing,mainly to remove moisture.The purified hydrogen is stored in hydrogen tanks,part of it is used for hydrogen fuel cell power generation,and the other part is compressed by hydrogen compressor for hydrogen pressure flling.
