乡村振兴战略下苏北农业农村现代化路径研究

摘　　要：江苏要实现乡村全面振兴,重点在苏北,难点亦在苏北。基于可持续性发展理论和城镇化理论,通过调研和统计数据分析了苏北农业农村发展现状,从农村经济发展、农业现代化程度、新型城镇化建设等方面找出现阶段苏北农业农村现代化建设存在的主要问题,指出乡村振兴战略下苏北实现农业农村现代化面临的机遇和挑战,在此基础上设计适合苏北区域特点的农业农村现代化路径并提出加快实现苏北农业农村现代化的相关建议。To achieve comprehensive rural revitalization in Jiangsu,the focus lies in northern Jiangsu,and the difficulty is also in northern Jiangsu.Based on the theories of sustainable development and ur⁃banization,we have analyzed the current situation of agricultural and rural development in northern Ji⁃angsu through surveys and statistical data.We have found the main problems in the current stage of agricultural and rural modernization construction in northern Jiangsu from the rural economic develop⁃ment,agricultural modernization degree,and new urbanization construction.The opportunities and chal⁃lenges faced by northern Jiangsu in achieving agricultural and rural modernization under the rural revi⁃talization strategy have been pointed out.On the basis of the above analysis,a path suitable for the characteristics of northern Jiangsu’s agricultural and rural modernization has been designed,and sugges⁃tions to accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in northern Jiangsu have been pro⁃vided.
