摘  要:高速液压缸是电液伺服控制系统的执行元件,其导向套静压支承结构具备优良的导向性能、抗偏载力、低摩擦力,可以大大影响系统的控制精度以及动静态性能。通过理论分析得到不同工况会引起静压支承油膜的温度变化,而温度变化对导向套静压支承的承载力影响很大。应用Fluent对液压缸活塞杆导向套处静压支承的温度场进行建模仿真,分析活塞杆偏心量、入口流量、活塞杆移动速度与油膜温度的关系以及油膜的温升与油膜承载力的关系。结果表明:随着偏心量的增大,轴向封油面的温升越来越大,同时温升较大的面积占比增多;入口流量与温升成正比关系;活塞杆往复直线运动带动液压油运动,油膜产生温升;同时,油膜温度升高,油膜支承力减小,导向套静压支承性能降低。The high-speed hydraulic cylinder is the executive component of the electro-hydraulic servo control system.The hydrostatic bearing structure of its guide sleeve has excellent guiding performance,anti-eccentric load and low friction,which can greatly affect the control accuracy and dynamic and static performance of the system.Through theoretical analysis,it was found that the temperature change of hydrostatic bearing oil film could be caused under different working conditions,and the temperature change had a great influence on the bearing capacity of hydrostatic bearing.Fluent was used to model and simulate the temperature field of the hydrostatic bearing at the piston rod guide sleeve of the hydraulic cylinder,and the relationships were analyzed between the eccentricity of the piston rod,the inlet flow rate,the moving speed of the piston rod and the oil film temperature,as well as the relationship between the oil film temperature rise and the oil film bearing capacity.The results show that with the increase of eccentricity,the temperature rise of the axial oil sealing surface is larger and larger,and the proportion of the area with a large temperature rise increases;the inlet flow rate is proportional to the temperature rise;the reciprocating linear motion of the piston rod drives the hydraulic oil movement,and the oil film produces the temperature rise.At the same time,the temperature rise of the oil film leads to the reduction of the oil film supporting force and the hydrostatic pressure supporting performance of the guide sleeve.
