摘  要:锁圈用于疏浚船管道对接,是管道接口处的关键部件,其承受较大的载荷,对材料的强韧性要求高。对一种疏浚船用高强高韧铸造锁圈用钢进行了热处理工艺研究。结果表明:在淬火温度890℃时,随回火温度的升高,试验钢的强度降低,断后伸长率升高。经890℃水淬、620℃回火后的组织为回火马氏体,硬度和冲击功分别为34 HRC和29 J,材料强韧性配合较好。The lock ring is the key component at the pipeline interface of dredging ship,which bears a large load and requires high strength and toughness of the material.The heat treatment technology of a kind of steel for high strength and high toughness casting lock ring for dredgedmarine was studied.The results show thatwhen the quenching temperature is 890℃,the strength of the test steel decreases and the elongation after break increases with the increase of tempering temperature.After water quenching at 890℃and tempering at 620℃,the microstructure is tempered martensite,and the hardness and impact work are 34 HRC and 29 J,respectively,the strength and toughness of the material are well matched.
