摘  要:对Mg-4Sn-2Zn-0.5Mn合金进行了不同挤压比的正挤压试验,并对挤压态合金进行180℃的时效处理。采用OM、TEM、拉伸试验、硬度测试和断口形貌观察,研究了不同挤压比正挤压以及时效对Mg-4Sn-2Zn-0.5Mn合金组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着挤压比的增加,Mg-4Sn-2Zn-0.5Mn合金动态再结晶越来越充分,晶粒不断细化,组织均匀性逐渐提高。挤压比25时,合金动态再结晶完全。随着挤压比的增加,合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度逐渐升高,伸长率逐渐下降。时效处理进一步提高了挤压态合金的硬度与强度。随着时效时间的增加,挤压比25挤压的合金硬度先升高后降低,时效42 h时合金的硬度达到最大值83.7 HV,其抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别为382.5 MPa、335.4 MPa和8.2%。The forward extrusion experiment of Mg-4Sn-2Zn-0.5Mn alloy with different extrusion ratios was carried out,and the extruded alloy was aged at 180℃.The effects of forward extrusion and aging treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-4Sn-2Zn-0.5Mn alloy with different extrusion ratios were studied by OM,TEM,tensile test,hardness test and fracture morphology observation.The results show that with the increase of extrusion ratio,the dynamic recrystallization of Mg-4Sn-2Zn-0.5Mn alloy is more and more sufficient,the grain is refined,and the microstructure uniformity is improved gradually.When the extrusion ratio is 25,the dynamic recrystallization of the alloy is complete.With the increase of extrusion ratio,the tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy increase gradually,while the elongation decreases gradually.Aging treatment further improves the hardness and strength of the extruded alloy.With the increase of aging time,the hardness of the extruded alloy increases first and then decreases,and reaches the maximum of 83.7 HV when the alloy is aged for 42 h.Its tensile strength,yield strength and elongation are 382.5 MPa,335.4 MPa and 8.2%,respectively.
