宫颈球囊扩张联合静脉滴注小剂量催产素催产的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究宫颈球囊扩张联合静脉滴注小剂量催产素催产的临床效果。方法选取300例足月妊娠、宫颈不成熟、阴道试产的产妇,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组与研究组,每组150例。对照组采用小剂量催产素静脉滴注,研究组采用小剂量催产素静脉滴注联合宫颈球囊扩张,比较两组催产效果、产程时间及母婴不良结局发生率。结果研究组催产成功率95.33%明显高于对照组的82.67%(P<0.05)。研究组第一产程潜伏期、第一产程活跃期、第二产程及总产程均短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组母婴不良结局发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论积极实施宫颈球囊扩张联合小剂量催产素静脉滴注催产,可提高催产成功率,加快产程进展,减少母婴不良结局,临床应用价值显著。Objective To explore the clinical effect of balloon dilation of cervix combined with intravenous infusion of low dose of oxytocin.Methods 300 pregnant women with full term pregnancy,immature cervix and vaginal trial labor were divided into control group and study group according to different treatment methods,with 150 cases in each group.The control group received low dose of oxytocin intravenously,and the study group received low dose of oxytocin intravenously combined with cervical balloon dilation.The effect of oxytocin,labor time and incidence of adverse outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of oxytocin in the study group(95.33%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(82.67%)(P<0.05).The latency of the frst stage oflabor,the active stage of the first stage oflabor,the second stage oflabor and the total stage of labor in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Active implementation of cervical balloon dilation combined with low dose of oxytocin intravenous infusion can improve the success rate of oxytocin,accelerate the progress of labor,reduce adverse outcomes for mothers and infants,and have significant clinical application value.
