固本止崩汤加减治疗无排卵型异常子宫出血患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究固本止崩汤加减治疗无排卵型异常子宫出血患者的效果。方法选取60例无排卵型异常子宫出血患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(固本止崩汤加减治疗)与对照组(常规治疗),每组30例,对比两组临床效果。结果研究组总有效率100%高于对照组的76.67%(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组烧灼感、外阴瘙痒及疼痛消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在无排卵型异常子宫出血患者的治疗中应用固本止崩汤加减,可促进治疗效果显著提高,降低不良反应发生率,有助于症状更快消退。Objective To analyze the effect of Guben zhigong decoction in the treatment of anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods 60 patients with anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding were selected and divided into study group(Guben Zhibeng decoction plus or minus treatment)and control group(conventional treatment)according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 100%higher than that of the control group 76.67%(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of burning sensation,vulvar pruritus and pain in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Guben Zhibeng decoction in the treatment of anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,decrease the incidence of adverse reactions,and help the symptoms to subside faster.
