舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术中应用及对患者血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的探究舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术中应用及对患者血流动力学的影响。方法选取60例行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术患者,根据麻醉方法不同将其分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组接受芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉,观察组接受舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉。比较两组不同时间点的血流动力学水平、麻醉不良反应发生率。结果观察组气管插管即刻、开始手术时、建立气腹10min时、完成手术时平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组麻醉不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在应用丙泊酚对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术患者麻醉的基础上联合应用舒芬太尼麻醉可以维持血流动力学稳定,且极少引发麻醉不良反应,麻醉安全有保障。Objective To investigate the effects of propofol anesthesia combined with sufentanil anesthesia on hemodynamics in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods 60 patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different anesthesia methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received fentanyl combined with propofol,and the observation group received sufentanil combined with propofol.The hemodynamic level and the incidence of anesthesia adverse reactions were compared between the two groups at different time points.Results The mean arterial pressure(MAP)and heart rate(HR)levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group immediately after endotracheal intubation,at the beginning of operation,10 minutes after pneumoperitoneum establishment,and at the completion of operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of anesthesia adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of propofol and sufentanil can maintain hemodynamic stability in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy,and rarely cause adverse reactions,and the safety of anesthesia is guaranteed.
