加味生化汤对药物流产后子宫恢复的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨加味生化汤在药物流产后子宫恢复中的效果。方法选取在本院接受药物流产的100例孕妇为研究对象,按照抽签法分为两组,各50例。两组患者均接受相同的流产药物进行流产,待孕囊排出后,对照组给予屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予加味生化汤治疗。比较两组子宫大小、子宫内膜厚度及阴道出血情况、月经复潮时间和月经复查情况。结果观察组患者子宫横径和子宫纵径长度短于对照组,子宫内膜厚度厚于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者阴道出血时间、月经复潮时间短于对照组,阴道出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组复潮后月经情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论药物流产后,为促进患者子宫恢复,可给予患者加味生化汤,清宫后可有效减少阴道出血量,促进患者子宫恢复,可在临床中广泛应用。Objective To explore the effect of modified biochemical decoction on uterine recovery after medical abortion.Methods 1oo pregnant women who underwent medical abortion in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into two groups using a lottery method,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups of patients received the same abortion medication for abortion.After the gestational sac was discharged,the control group was treated with drospirone ethinyl estradiol tablets,while the observation group was treated with modified biochemical decoction on the basis of the control group.Compare the size of the uterus,thickness of the endometrium,vaginal bleeding,menstrual cycle recovery time,and menstrual follow-up between two groups.Results The length of the transverse and longitudinal diameters of the uterus in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the thickness of the endometrium was thicker than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter vaginal bleeding time and menstrual cycle recovery time compared to the control group,and the amount of vaginal bleeding was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had better menstrual conditions after resuming menstruation than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After medical abortion,in order to promote the recovery of the patient's uterus,the patient can be given a biochemical decoction.After clearing the uterus,it can effectively reduce vaginal blood flow and promote the recovery of the patient's uterus,which can be widely used in clinical practice.
