IKAP模式健康教育对妊娠期高血压疾病患者自我效能提高的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病患者接受基于IKAP模式健康教育对患者自我效能的提升作用。方法选取100例妊娠期高血压疾病患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。对照组应用常规护理与健康教育,观察组应用基于IKAP模式健康教育。对比两组患者心理状态、生活质量及自我效能评分。结果观察组患者干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者干预后生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者干预后自我效能评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压疾病患者接受基于IKAP模式健康教育具备较高的临床效果,可以有效改善患者心理状态与生活质量,提高患者的自我效能。Objective To explore the effect of IKAP model based health education on self-efficacy of hypertensive patients in pregnancy.Methods 100 patients with hypertensive diseases in pregnancy were selected and divided into two groups with 50 patients in each group by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing and health education,while the observation group received health education based on IKAP model.The psychological status,quality of life and self-efficacy scores of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group after intervention(P<0.05).The quality of life score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group after intervention(P<0.05).The self-efficacy scores of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education based on IKAP model has high clinical effect on patients with hypertensive diseases in pregnancy,which can effectively improve patients'psychological state and quality of life,and improve patients'self-efficacy.
