滋肾疏肝饮治疗肾虚肝郁型围绝经期综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析在肾虚肝郁型围绝经期综合征患者中采用滋肾疏肝饮治疗的效果。方法选取100例肾虚肝郁型围绝经期综合征患者,通过双盲法分为试验组与对照组,各50例。对照组予以常规治疗,试验组予以滋肾疏肝饮治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后中医症状积分(潮热汗、小腹坠痛、口干口渴及胸胁胀痛)、治疗效果。结果治疗后试验组中医症状评分比对照组低(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗总有效率98.00%高于对照组的86.00%(P<0.05)。结论在肾虚肝郁型围绝经期综合征患者中实施滋肾疏肝饮能获得良好的治疗效果,可改善患者的症状,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the effect of Zishen shugan yin in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression.Methods 1o0 patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression perimenopausal syndrome were divided into test group and control group by double-blind method,with 50 cases each.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Zishen shugan yin.The scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms(hot hot sweat,lower abdominal pain,dry mouth and thirst,chest and hypochasmic pain)and the therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the TCM symptom score of experimental group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was 98.00%higher than that of control group(86.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Zishen shugan yin can obtain good therapeutic effect in patients with perimenopausal syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression,which can improve the symptoms of patients and is worthy of clinical promotion.
