摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠期高血压孕妇心电图改变及临床意义。方法选取60例妊娠期高血压孕妇设为研究组;另选取同期待产的60例正常孕妇设为参照组。两组均采用心电图检查,比较两组检查结果及妊娠结局。结果两组的各项心电图检查指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的心电图异常情况检出率较参照组更高(P<0.05)。心电图异常孕妇不良妊娠结局发生率较心电图无异常孕妇更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对妊娠期高血压孕妇进行心电图检查,可以发现大部分孕妇存在心电图异常问题,可及时进行处理,保障孕妇的安全性。Objective To explore and analyze the changes of electrocardiogram in pregnant women with hypertensive diseases during pregnancy and its clinical significance.Methods 60 pregnant women with hypertensive diseases during pregnancy were selected as the study group.Another 60 normal pregnant women waiting for delivery in the same period were selected as the reference group.Electrocardiogram(ECG)was used in both groups to compare the results and pregnancy outcomes.Results There were statistically significant differences in various ECG examination indexes between the two groups(P<0.05).The detection rate of ECG abnormality in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in pregnant women with abnormal ECG was higher than that in pregnant women without abnormal EcG,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Electrocardiogram examination of pregnant women with hypertensive diseases during pregnancy can find that most of them have abnormal electrocardiogram,which can be dealt with in time to ensure the safety of pregnant women.
