同质医疗理念创新型护理模式对宫颈癌术后患者自我效能、负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨同质医疗理念创新型护理模式对宫颈癌术后患者自我效能、负性情绪的影响。方法选取60例宫颈癌患者,采取随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用同质医疗理念创新型护理模式。对比两组自我效能、负性情绪及生活质量。结果观察组护理后患者自我效能评分、生活质量评分高于对照组,且焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在宫颈癌患者术后实施同质医疗理念创新型护理模式,可有效提升患者自我效能,促使其积极配合干预工作开展,取得更为理想的干预效果,进而可有效改善其负性情绪、提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of innovative nursing model with homogeneous medical concept on self-efficacy and negative emotion of patients after cervical cancer surgery.Methods 60 patients with cervical cancer were selected and divided into two groups with 30 cases each by random number table method.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with innovative nursing model based on the same medical concept.Self-efficacy,negative emotion and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of self-efficacy and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of anxiety and depression were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the innovative nursing model with the same medical concept in patients with cervical cancer after surgery can effectively improve the patients'self-efficacy,encourage them to actively cooperate with the intervention work,and achieve a more ideal intervention effect,which can effectively improve their negative emotions and improve their quality of life.
