预见性护理模式对妊娠期高血压疾病患者妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的研究预见性护理模式对妊娠期高血压疾病患者妊娠结局的影响。方法选取100例妊娠期高血压疾病患者,根据护理方法不同分为对照组与观察组,各50例。观察组采用预见性护理,对照组采用常规护理,对比两组护理前后血压水平、妊娠结局。结果两组干预前收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后SBP、DBP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组≤34周剖宫产率、新生儿转科率明显低于对照组,自然分娩率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良妊娠结局发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理模式应用于妊娠期高血压疾病患者中,可稳定血压水平,改善妊娠结局,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To study the effect of predictive nursing model on pregnancy outcome of hypertensive diseases during pregnancy.Methods 100 patients with hypertensive diseases in pregnancy were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 50 cases each.The observation group received predictive nursing,the control group received routine nursing,and the blood pressure level and pregnancy outcome before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,SBP and DBP levels in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The rate of cesarean section and neonatal transfer at 34 weeks were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group,and the rate of natural delivery was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of predictive nursing model in patients with hypertensive diseases during pregnancy can stabilize blood pressure level and improve pregnancy outcome,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application,
