人性化管理模式在产后康复护理中对产妇康复进程及并发症发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的探究人性化管理模式在产后康复护理中对产妇康复进程及并发症发生率的影响。方法选取60例产妇,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组接受常规产后康复护理,观察组接受人性化管理模式和产后康复护理。比较两组产妇康复进程、并发症发生情况。结果观察组产后3d、5d、7d恶露量少于对照组,宫底高度低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论在产后康复护理中应用人性化管理模式护理可以促进产妇产后康复进程,预防和减少并发症发生。Objective To explore the effect of humanized management mode on the recovery process and complication rate of puerperal rehabilitation nursing.Methods 60 parturients were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine postpartum rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group received humanized management mode and postpartum rehabilitation nursing.The recovery process and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The lochia volume and fundal height in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 3,5 and 7 days after delivery(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than that of the control group(20.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized management model in postpartum rehabilitation nursing can promote the process of postpartum rehabilitation,prevent and reduce the occurrence of complications.
