高频热疗在妇科腹部手术后护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨高频热疗在妇科腹部手术后护理中的应用效果。方法选取60例接受妇科腹部手术患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组接受术后常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上联合高频热疗护理,对比两组患者术后疼痛程度、伤口愈合情况。结果观察组患者术后24h疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的甲级愈合率显著高于对照组,乙级愈合率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高频热疗护理在妇科腹部手术后具有显著的促进恢复效果,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the application effect of high frequency hyperthermia in gynecological abdominal operation after nursing.Methods 60 patients receiving gynecological abdominal surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received postoperative routine nursing,and the observation group combined with high-frequency hyperthermia nursing on the basis of routine nursing,and compared the postoperative pain degree and wound healing of the two groups.Results The 24 h postoperative pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Grade A healing rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the grade B healing rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High-frequency hyperthermia nursing has a remarkable effect in promoting recovery after gynecological abdominal surgery,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
