摘  要:以聚对苯二甲酸–己二酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)为原料,添加不同量的聚乳酸(PLA),通过双螺杆熔融共混制备了PBAT/PLA复合材料。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、差示扫描量热仪和热重分析仪分别对材料复合前后的化学官能团、熔融和结晶性进行了分析研究。不同原料配比的复合材料最终通过注塑成型制备成长条状样条,在额定拉伸应变条件下分别进行了拉伸强度试验。结果表明:纯PBAT结晶性较差,当添加PLA和相容剂ADR4370S后,PBAT/PLA复合材料结晶性得到改善,在降温时出现了明显的结晶峰;PBAT/PLA复合材料的拉伸强度随PLA添加量的增加而显著增大,纯PBAT样条的拉伸强度仅为11.456MPa,当m(PLA):m(PBAT+PLA)为20%时,PBAT/PLA复合材料的拉伸强度可达15.491MPa,较纯PBAT样品提高了35%。PBAT/PLA composites were prepared by twin-screw melt blending using poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT)as the raw material with the addition of different amounts of polylactic acid(PLA).The chemical functional groups,melting and crystallinity of the material before and after compositing were analyzed and investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,differential scanning calorimeter and thermogravimetric analyzer,respectively.The composites with different raw material ratios were ultimately made into long strip shaped splines by injection molding,and the tensile strength tests were carried out under rated tensile strain conditions.The results showed that the crystallinity of pure PBAT was poor,after adding PLA and compatibilizer ADR4370S,the crystallinity of PBAT/PLA composites was improved,and a clear crystallization peak appeared at reduced temperature;the tensile strength of PBAT/PLA composites increased significantly with the increase of the addition of PLA,the tensile strength of pure PBAT splines was only 11.456MPa,and when m(PLA):m(PBAT+PLA)was 20%,the tensile strength of PBAT/PLA composites could achieve 15.491MPa,which was 35%higher than that of pure PBAT splines.
