摘 要:四川盆地及其周缘是中国石化勘探开发的重要领域,向深层、超深层进军是一个重要的发展方向。从普光到元坝再到通南巴、川南深层是近年来勘探发展的主线,地层压力从70 MPa(普光、元坝)到100 MPa(普光外围、通南巴长兴组以上地层)再到150 MPa(元坝和通南巴深层),超深层钻井和油气测试技术面临严峻的挑战,井控安全风险大。气藏具有“超深、超高温、高压、高含硫、高产”特征,工程地质环境发生了根本性的变化,原有的井控设备已经难以完全满足生产需要,有必要进行专题攻关。中国石化集团通过长期科研技术攻关与推广应用,在超深井钻井、超深层页岩气井压裂、断缝体安全钻进等井控安全领域积累了大量宝贵经验,技术水平和设备保障能力大幅提升,为“深地工程”的顺利实施打下了坚实的基础。Sichuan Basin and its surrounding areas are important fields of exploration and development of Sinopec,which is also a major place for ultra-deep exploration and development.Over the years,the oil and gas exploration and development cover Puguang,Yuanba,Tongnanba and southern Sichuan deep reservoirs,formation pressure varies from 70 MPa(Puguang and Yuanba area)to 100 MPa(some layers in Puguang and Tongnanba area),and even 150 MPa(deep strata of Yuanba and Tongnanba gas field),thus making a serious challenge for ultra-deep drilling and testing,and increasing the risks of well control.Ultra-deep reservoirs is characterized with ultra-high temperature,high pressure,high sulfur and high yield,the engineering geological condition differs considerably,leading to a failure for old well control equipment to meet the needs of production,which makes it necessary to put forward relative study.Through long-term scientific research and application,Sinopec has accumulated a lot of valuable experience a lot of experience in ultra-deep drilling,fracturing of ultra-deep shale gas wells,and the safe drilling in fault-fracture rock combination,leading to an huge enhancement for skills and support,which contributes to the next level of deep earth engineering.
