摘 要:井喷失控是石油天然气工业领域的灾难性事故,尤其是高压高产高含硫井井喷失控着火后,复杂抢险环境对抢险技术、抢险装备和作业人员的安全带来了极大的挑战。将数字孪生技术应用于油气井井喷失控抢险领域,通过对失控井场、抢险机具等进行虚拟映射,模拟构建真实的复杂抢险环境,有助于解决井喷失控抢险的关键问题。首先分析了井喷失控抢险面临的挑战和数字孪生技术的难点,针对技术难点开展了井喷失控抢险数字孪生关键技术研究,初步形成了恶劣抢险环境大覆盖高速网络构建、抢险机具数字孪生控制、多源信息融合、井喷失控抢险决策指挥等技术,实现了井喷失控抢险技术与数字孪生技术的深度融合,并取得了一定的应用效果。最后指出该技术仍处于起步阶段,下一步将在提升恶劣抢险环境下高速网络的稳定性、抢险机具孪生控制协同性、多源信息融合模型的准确性等方面持续攻关。该技术将推动井喷失控抢险由“近井口无人化”向“信息化、智能化”转变,促进了国内陆上油气井井喷失控抢险技术的突破和提升。Uncontrolled blowout is a catastrophic accident in the oil and gas industry,especially after uncontrolled blowout and subsequent fire in high-pressure,high-yield and high-sulfur wells,the complex environment has brought great challenges to the emergency response planning and the safety of equipment and operators.The application of digital twin technology in the field of oil and gas well blowout prevention and control is helpful to solve the key problems of blowout prevention and control through virtual mapping of the uncontrolled well site and emergency equipment.Firstly,the challenges faced by emergency response for uncontrolled blowout and the difficulties of digital twin technology are analyzed.In view of the technical difficulties,the key technologies of digital twin for emergency response for uncontrolled blowout are studied,and the technologies of high-speed network construction covering the severe emergency environment,digital twin control of emergency equipment,multi-source information fusion,decision and command for uncontrolled blowout are initially formed.The deep integration of uncontrolled blowout emergency response and digital twin technology has been realized,and certain application effects have been achieved.Finally,it is pointed out that the technology is still in the initial stage,and the next step will be to improve the stability of high-speed network under harsh environment,the cooperation of twin control of emergency equipment,and the accuracy of multi-source information fusion model.
