摘 要:在钾肥生产过程中,如何以最低的成本高效分离出物料中的水分一直是钾肥生产厂家的追求,而离心机的使用提高了钾肥生产的质量和效率。离心机的种类和型号繁多,要分离的物料工艺要求和特性也千差万别,如果所选离心机达不到物料分离要求,将会严重妨碍企业的正常生产。文章以钾肥生产为背景,对生产氯化钾所使用的过滤式离心机进行浅析,并介绍了一种新型两级三段式推料离心机。In the process of potash fertilizer production,how to efficiently separate the water in the material at the lowest cost has always been the eternal pursuit of potash fertilizer manufactur⁃ers,and the use of centrifuge has improved the quality and efficiency of potash fertilizer production.There are many types and models of centrifuges,and the process requirements and characteristics of the materials to be separated are also different.If the selected centrifuges cannot meet the require⁃ments of material separation,it will seriously hinder the normal production of enterprises.On the background of potassium fertilizer production,this article analyzed the filter centrifuge used in the production of potassium chloride,and introduced a new type of two-stage three-section push centri⁃fuge.
