摘 要:运用LMS Virtual.lab的声学有限元模块对阻抗复合式消声器的三个方案分别进行声学特性分析,通过对比仿真结果,锁定方案二为最终设计方案。搭建消声器传递损失试验台架,利用双负载法测试方案二样件的传递损失曲线,结果表明:在0~1500 Hz范围,仿真结果与试验测试结果基本吻合,证实利用LMS Virtual.lab分析消声器声学性能的准确性和实用性,可用于指导消声器开发。The acoustic characteristics of the three schemes of the impedance compound muffler were analyzed by using the acoustic finite element module of software LMS virtual.lab.After comparing the simulation results,Scheme 2 was determined as the final design plan.A muffler transmission loss test bench was built,the transmission loss curve of Scheme 2 was measured by double load method.The results showed that the simulation results basically agreed with the test results in the range of 0 to 1500 Hz,which verified the accuracy and practicability of software LMS virtual.lab in the acoustic characteristics analysis and design guidance of mufflers.
