摘 要:飞机燃油箱惰化试验是飞机燃油系统安全评估的重要内容。为检验飞机惰化系统设计的正确性以及机载测试设备在飞行环境下的工作可靠性,设计了飞机燃油箱惰化试验飞行环境模拟系统,用于地面开展飞机燃油惰化系统飞行模拟试验。应用所搭建的模拟系统,开展了模拟平飞、爬升、下降等过程的飞机燃油惰化系统试验,检验了新研发的机载燃油箱氧浓度测试设备的性能。结果表明:模拟系统能够提供飞行条件高低温、高低压的油箱外部环境模拟以及含油气、惰化气体、飞行晃动的油箱内部环境模拟,从而为飞机燃油箱惰化系统试验提供有力支撑。Aircraft fuel tank inerting test is an important part of aircraft fuel system safety evaluation.In order to verify the correctness and rationality of the design of aircraft inerting system and the working reliability of airborne test equipment in flight environment,a flight environment simulation system of the aircraft fuel tank inerting test was designed to carry out flight simulation test of aircraft fuel inerting system on the ground.The experiment of aircraft fuel inerting system simulating under level flight,climb and descent conditions were carried out by using the simulation system,and the newly developed equipment for measuring oxygen concentration of airborne fuel tank was verified.The results show that the simulation system can simulate the high and low temperature,high and low pressure external environment of the fuel tank under simulated flight conditions,and the internal environment of the fuel tank containing oil and gas,inert gas under flight shaking condition,and thus provide support for the test of the aircraft fuel tank inerting system.
