摘　　要：在目前法医精神病鉴定实践中,精神伤残程度分级评估所能应用的客观化评定技术仍十分有限,开发、丰富适宜的客观化评定技术系目前业内研究重点之一。日常生活能力系精神伤残鉴定的重要方面,考虑到前瞻性记忆水平对个体日常生活能力的显著影响,其评估在精神伤残鉴定中具有潜在应用价值。本文将全面回顾有关脑外伤患者前瞻性记忆评估及神经生理心理机制的研究,以进一步探讨前瞻性记忆评估在精神伤残鉴定中的应用展望。In the current landscape of forensic psychiatric evaluation,the use of objective assessment techniques to gauge the extent of mental disability is a relatively unexplored territory.The development and enhancement of these techniques are at the forefront of our research.Daily life ability is a crucial factor in the forensic evaluation of mental disability.Given the profound influence of prospective memory on an individual′s daily life ability,its assessment could hold significant value in this context.This article presents a comprehensive review of studies on prospective memory assessment and the underlying neurophysiological and psychological mechanisms in patients with traumatic brain injuries.Our aim is to delve deeper into the potential application of prospective memory assessment in the forensic evaluation of mental disability,a novel and promising area of research.
