摘  要:为了解决生物质燃烧所产生的积灰和结渣对锅炉的影响,利用一维炉试验台,以稻壳和秸秆为试验原料,探究了稻壳与秸秆燃烧时产生的积灰和结渣的特性并据此进行分析,结果表明:从灰样中发现了稻壳与秸秆燃烧后所产生的灰共有5种形态;通过XRD物相分析可知球状颗粒是影响积灰和结渣特性的主要因素;中温区(750℃~850℃)的碱金属含量高,在中温区取样更合适。In order to solve the influence of biomass combustion on boiler ash deposition and slagging,this paper uses a one-dimensional furnace test-bed and takes rice husk and straw as experimental raw materials to explore the ash deposition and slagging characteristics of rice husk and straw combustion.The rice husk and straw are analyzed from the macro and micro aspects.From the ash sample,it can be found that there are five forms of rice husk and straw ash.Through XRD phase analysis,it can be concluded that spherical particles are the main factors affecting the ash deposition and slagging characteristics of rice husk combustion.It is found that the alkali metal content is high in the medium temperature region(750℃~850℃),and the sampling is more suitable.
