摘 要:本文采用工业原材料制备机场硅酸盐水泥熟料,通过调整生料配比提高铁相含量,探究高Fe/Al比铁相对水泥力学与耐磨性能的影响,并借助XRD表征手段,分析了水泥熟料的物相组成。结果表明:利用工业原材料烧成的水泥熟料物相组成为C_(3)S、C_(2)S、C_(6)AF_(2)、C_(3)A,且含量与预设组成基本一致;当石灰石设计含量为79%,煅烧温度为1400℃时,机场水泥的28 d抗压强度为89.4 MPa,3 d至28 d的抗压强度增长率为103.18%,高于基准水泥;机场水泥的耐磨质量损失平均值为0.7 kg/m^(2),满足民用机场水泥混凝土面层施工技术规范(MH5006—2015)技术要求。This article uses industrial raw materials to prepare airport Portland cement clinker,increases the iron content by adjusting the raw material ratio,explores the influence of high Fe/Al ratio iron on the mechanical and wear resistance of cement,and uses XRD characterization to analyze the phase composition of cement clinker.The results show that the phase composition of cement clinker fired from industrial raw materials becomes C_(3)S,C_(2)S,C_(6)AF_(2),C_(3)A,And the content is basically consistent with the preset composition;When the design content of limestone is 79%and the calcination temperature is 1400℃,the 28 d compressive strength of airport cement is 89.4 MPa,and the compressive strength growth rate from 3 d to 28 d is 103.18%,which is higher than the benchmark cement;The average wear-resistant quality loss of airport cement is 0.7 kg/m^(2),which meets the technical requirements of the construction technical specification for civil airport cement concrete surface layer(MH5006—2015).
