基于新媒体健康扶贫的基层党组织生活有效性——以中国医科大学附属第一医院心血管超声科党支部为例

摘　　要：选取2022—2023年度参与中国医科大学附属第一医院心血管超声科党支部健康扶贫的医生及群众,以党支部公众号作为新媒体平台,分别通过线下、线上新媒体及两者结合的形式,开展健康宣教、专业指导及党政教育,并在健康扶贫之前和之后进行科普问卷、健康问卷、专业知识、操作技能和党的知识考核,在扶贫之后进行党组织生活满意度问卷。研究结果显示,新媒体健康扶贫丰富了基层党组织生活的形式和内容,有助于提高百姓对健康知识的了解、提升基层医疗卫生水平,加强党员的党性教育,提高了党组织生活的有效性。The doctors and masses participating in health poverty alleviation in the Party Branch of Cardiovascular Ultrasound Department of the the First Hospital of China Medical University from 2022 to 2023 were selected to carry out health education,professional guidance and Party education through the offline,online new media and the combination of the two respectively,with the Party branch official account as the new media platform,and before and after the health poverty alleviation,the popular science questionnaire,health questionnaire,professional knowledge,operational skills and Party knowledge assessment,and the life satisfaction questionnaire of the Party organization was conducted after the poverty alleviation.The results of the study show that the new media health poverty alleviation has enriched the forms and contents of the life of grassroots Party organizations,which helps to improve the people’s understanding of health knowledge,enhance the level of grassroots medical care and health care,strengthen the education in the Party spirit of Party members,and improve the effectiveness of the life of Party organizations.
