马斯洛需要层次理论视域下的部队院校文职教员队伍建设

摘　　要：2018年军队制度改革以来,文职教员队伍成为部队院校的重要组成部分。采用马斯洛需要层次理论对文职教员队伍建设存在问题进行分析,发现他们不同程度存在生理上不适应部队环境和要求,心理上有一定的不安全感,尊重及自我实现需要方面存在职业素养等有待提高等问题和挑战。解决这些问题,加强文职教员队伍建设,应突出思想政治教育,完善有关制度机制,采用多种途径提升文职教员自身素质,完善管理机制,营造良好的环境氛围。Since the reform of the military system in 2018,the civilian teaching team has become an important part of the military academies.This paper uses the Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory to analyze and discuss the problems in the construction of civilian teaching team,and finds that to varying degrees,there are problems and challenges such as physical inadapt ability to the environment and requirements of the military,a certain psychological sense of insecurity,and the need for respect and self-realization such as professional quality that needs to be improved.To solve these problems and strengthen the construction of civilian teaching team,it is necessary to give prominence to ideological and political education,improve relevant systems and mechanisms,adopt various ways to improve the quality of civilian teachers,improve the management mechanisms,and create a good environmental atmosphere.
