摘 要:引水式电站的建设,相较堤坝式水电站,所产生的陆生生态影响具有其独特性。为探究引水式电站建设的陆生生态影响,以西藏察隅县和左贡县交界处的西藏扎拉水电站为研究对象,通过调查明确扎拉水电站建设和运行占用土地类型、植被类型、动物种群及其分布等区域环境本底状况,分析工程对周边陆生生态系统、动物栖息和迁徙的影响。结果表明:在严格落实相关环保措施及要求的条件下,水电站建设对生态系统脆弱地区的生态系统多样性、植被类型及覆盖率、生物量以及野生动物影响均不大。研究成果可为环境管理部门对区域同类水电开发提供决策参考。Diversionary power plants have unique impacts on terrestrial ecology compared to the construction of additional deep diversion tunnels.To explore the terrestrial ecological impact of the construction of diversion type power stations,we took Zhala Hydropower Station in Xizang,which is located at the junction of Chayu County and Zuogong County as the research object.By investigating and clarifying the land types,vegetation types,animal populations and their distribution that were occupied by the construction and operation of the Zhala Hydropower Station,we analyzed the impact of the project on the surrounding terrestrial ecosystem,animal habitat and migration.The results showed that under the condition of strict implementing of relevant environmental protection measures and requirements,the impact of the construction of hydropower stations was not significant in the ecosystem fragile areas with the ecosystem diversity,vegetation type,vegetation coverage rate,biomass and wildlife.The research results can provide a references for environmental management departments to develop similar hydropower projects in the region.
