摘 要:钢筋混凝土的材料力学性质与天然岩土体差别很大,为了研究盾构掘进过程中滚刀切削钢筋混凝土的切削特性,对滚刀侵入钢筋混凝土的过程进行受力分析.首先,通过三维仿真模拟得出单把滚刀在不同贯入度下切削钢筋与混凝土时的法向力与切向力,再通过滚刀切削钢筋混凝土室内实验验证了法向力的准确性.然后,基于荷载叠加原理,提出一种针对切桩过程的推力和扭矩刀盘荷载计算模型,通过依托工程实际切桩荷载验证了刀盘荷载计算模型的适用性.对比结果表明,本文模型所计算出的推力、扭矩荷载值与实际切桩的推力、扭矩荷载值误差分别小于10%与20%,结合实际切桩荷载分析得出滚刀切桩的荷载影响主要是推力.研究结果可为今后类似盾构切削工程中掘进面荷载计算以及单刀选型与配置等提供参考.Reinforced concrete exhibits mechanical properties distinct from natural rock and soil.To study the cutting characteristics during the driving process of reinforced concrete cutting with a hob,an analysis of the forces involved as the hob penetrates reinforced concrete is conducted.A three-dimensional simulation is used to obtain the normal and tangential forces involved in cutting steel bars and concrete with a single hob at various penetration depths.The accuracy of the normal force is verified through indoor experiments on cutting steel bars and concrete with a hob.A load calculation model for thrust and torque during the pile cutting process is proposed based on the principle of load superposition.The accuracy of the cutter head load calculation model is verified against actual pile cutting loads.Comparison results indicate that the errors between calculated thrust and torque loads from the model and actual pile cutting loads are less than 10% and 20%,respectively.Combining the analysis of actual pile cutting loads,it is concluded that thrust is the primary factor influencing the load during hob cutting of piles.These research findings can serve as a reference for future calculations of engineering loads in shield cutting and for selecting and configuring single tools.
