摘　　要：建设行业执业资格制度引入我国已有30多年时间,在确保我国工程建设质量和安全上发挥了重要作用。进入新发展阶段,贯彻新发展理念,构建新发展格局,更需要制度发挥有效作用。论文分析了建设行业执业资格制度建立的原因,对比国外执业制度情况,分析制度引入后的变化及深层次原因,试图提出制度发展的建议,让执业资格制度在建筑业高质量发展中发挥更大的作用。The construction industry practicing qualification system introduced China for 30 years,it plays an important role in the quality and safety of our engineering construction.We are entering the new development stage,we need to implement the new development pattern and build a new development pattern,and the system needs to play an effective role.This paper analyzes the reason for the establishment of the system,through comparative international system,analysis of the deep roots of the changes in the system.Trying to make recommendations for institutional development,and let the system play a greater role in the high quality development of the construction industry.
