摘　　要：针对我国现阶段绿色建筑的评价体系尚未完善的问题,对国际性绿色建筑评价标准LEED V4和我国的GB/T 50378—2019《绿色建筑评价标准》进行了比较分析,结果表明,GB/T 50378—2019《绿色建筑评价标准》注重均衡评价,而国际性绿色建筑评价标准LEED V4侧重能源指标,但是两种体系均体现了节能环保的理念。Aiming at the problem that the evaluation system of green building in China is not perfect at present,this paper comparative analyzes the international evaluation standard of green building LEED V4 and GB/T 50378—2019 Assessment Standard for Green Building in China.The results show that although the GB/T 50378—2019 Assessment Standard for Green Building focuses on balanced evaluation,while the international green building evaluation standard focuses on energy indicators,both systems embody the concept of energy conservation and environmental protection.
