摘  要:以安徽省铜陵某110 kV变电站工程软土地基处理工程为例,研究劲性复合桩在电力工程软土地基处理中的应用。论文介绍劲性复合桩软土地基设计方案,并从管桩制作、吊装、运输以及验收等施工全过程分析劲性复合桩施工的控制要点,通过复合桩静载试验对地基处理结果进行效果评价,同时总结劲性复合桩在电力工程软土地基处理中的质量问题,如搅拌头提升速度过快、桩位偏差过大、桩体垂直度偏差过大、施工设备问题等,并提出相应的控制措施。Taking the soft soil foundation treatment project of a 110 kV substation in Tongling,Anhui Province as an example,the application of rigid composite pile in soft soil foundation treatment of electric power engineering is studied.This paper introduces the design scheme of soft soil foundation of rigid composite pile,analyzes the control points of the construction of rigid composite pile from the whole construction process of pipe pile production,hoisting,transportation and acceptance,evaluates the effect of the foundation treatment results through the static load test of composite pile,and summarizes the quality problems of rigid composite pile in the treatment of soft soil foundation of electric power engineering.For example,the lifting speed of mixing head is too fast,the deviation of pile position is too large,the deviation of pile verticality is too large,and the corresponding control measures are put forward.
